Rotary Club of Marquette recognizes community leaders during annual Spirit of Christmas program

Jayme Winn, a senior at MSHS, received the Youth Leader Award. Highlights of her academic, athletic, music and arts, and church achievements and involvemetns include: MSHS Outstanding Academic Achievement in 2017-19; National Honor Society 2018-20, UP Academic Athlete, 2017-19, All UP Swim and Dive Team 2017-19; UP Champion 100 Freestyle 2017; 1st Place and UP Record in 200 and 400 Freestyle Relay, 2019; Outstanding Contribution in MSHS Corale, 2018-19; Michigan Youth Arts Distinguished Scholar, 2019; MSVMA State Honors Choir, 2019 and 2020; lead role of Moricia in MSHS musical, The Addams Family, Church music and choir director, Church youth camp leader. Church class president, Stake Youth committee. She is shown with her parents Kristi and Robert Winn.

Kayla and Dennis West were recipients of the Community Citizen Award for their deep involvement with the Room at the Inn and Summer Shelter and making all the guests feel welcome.
