The Robert and Mary (Romback) Prudom Negaunee High School Scholarship was established at the Community Foundation of Marquette County. The scholarship was developed in an effort to memorialize Bob and Mary Prudom, 1955 graduates of Negaunee High School and community patrons. Bob and Mary were high school sweethearts, married in 1956 and had four children. Bob owned several businesses in Kenosha, Wisconsin and Mary helped with administration. Bob and Mary gave back to their community in numerous ways; helping organizations and many people individually as well. They instilled in their children the importance of paying it forward. The most heavily weighted requirement for this scholarship is the NHS senior’s history of giving back.
