Evans gets training creds

Dawn Evans

MARQUETTE — Dawn Evans, ACSM-CPT, certified personal trainer and facility manager for Perform4Life Medical Fitness & Wellness Center obtained her ACSM certified personal training credentials.

Dawn states, “My enjoyment for physical activity led me to run 5 half marathons and pursue certifications in a variety of Les Mills fitness programs. I enjoy bringing fun, energy, and excitement into the programs I create. As an ACSM-CPT, it is my goal to work with the purpose of movement. By focusing on my client’s abilities, we will establish goals that are attainable and that can be maintained. Self-care before healthcare is a vital component to living your best life.
