The Lake Superior Community Partnership recently assisted One Marquette Place with the grand opening of its new residential building. This newest luxury community comes with a waterfront location, at the edge of downtown Marquette. It features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Some of the amenities include a beautiful view of Lake Superior, a rooftop patio with a firepit and grill, first floor lounge and patio, heated garage parking, a fitness room and much more.
