Chocolay ACE Hardware recently teamed up with the Lake Superior Community Partnership to celebrate their grand re-opening. To further celebrate, Chocolay ACE Hardware will be hosting grand re-opening festivities from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. They’ll be cooking out under the canopy, with a wide range of activities to include a DJ broadcasting live on 100.3, The Point, a Prize Wheel and a grand prize giveaway of a Weber Grill. Chocolay ACE Hardware was first opened in 2001 by local resident, Tom Mahaney. After 15 successful years Tom sold the business to the next generation of his family. The store has been designed to reflect the needs of the Marquette County community, including solutions to everyday home maintenance needs. Key product offerings include paint, lawn and garden, hardware, electrical, plumbing, automotive and home dcor, as well as niche products and services such as propane, key cutting, and a wide assortment of rental equipment. Chocolay ACE Hardware, located at 2250 U.S. 41 South will continue to bring the company’s unique blend of personal, knowledgeable and helpful service paired with quality home maintenance expertise and products to Marquette County residents. The 10,000 square foot store is packed with thousands of essential products and supplies, including some of the most respected brand names and best-selling items to help people take care of their homes.
