A vehicle struck Gladstone’s Subway restaurant, located at 28 Lowrie Ave., shortly before 3 p.m. Thursday, causing damage to the building. The vehicle went through the window alongside the front door, shattering the glass and damaging the siding. The elderly couple that occupied the vehicle and employees of the restaurant were unharmed in the accident. Gladstone Public Safety and Michigan State Police responded to the incident.
