‘Copper Country Streetcars’ presentation to be held virtually via Zoom Tuesday

HOUGHTON — “Copper Country Streetcars,” a Zoom presentation by Bill Sproule, will be held Tuesday. In this live-stream Zoom presentation, Bill Sproule, author of the book “Images of Rail: Copper Country Streetcars” (2013), will introduce viewers to the Copper Country Streetcars — their characteristics, ridership, the network and stations, and how they managed winter operations. Viewers can send questions and/or comments during the talk through “Zoom Chat” which will be addressed after the presentation. Viewers also have the opportunity at this time to ask questions directly.
