MARQUETTE — The Herbert C. Jackson is expected at 6 a.m. on Friday at the Lake Superior & Ishpeming ore dock in Marquette’s Upper Harbor. Also due on Friday is the Honorable James L. Oberstar at 6 p.m. Two boats are expected on Saturday: the Lee A. Tregurtha at 1 p.m. and the Joseph L. Block at 2 p.m.
