Oberstar is expected at 6 p.m. today. Expected Thursday arrivals are the at 5 p.m. and the John J. Boland at 10 p.m. The American Courage is due at 9 p.m. Friday, followed by the Herbert C. Jackson at 9:30 p.m. Friday.
