MARQUETTE — The Honorable James L. Oberstar was due this morning at the Lake Superior & Ishpeming ore dock in Marquette’s Upper Harbor. The Kaye E. Barker is expected at 11 a.m. Sunday, followed by the Ashtabula at 4 p.m. Sunday. The Michipicoten is due at 6 p.m. Sunday.
