Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment Feb. 1:

≤ Christapher Francis Larson, 20, of 3000 U.S. 41, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, a 10-year felony. The charge stems from a Jan. 15 incident in Marquette Township. Larson was scheduled to be sentenced April 5.

≤ Brian Donald Sims, 57, of 997 E. Bianchi Lane, Gwinn, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated, third offense, a five-year felony. The charge stems from a Jan. 19 incident in West Branch Township. Sims was scheduled to be sentenced April 18.

≤ Matthew Christopher Rasanen, 27, of 332 M-35, Negaunee, pleaded guilty to one count of financial transaction device, stealing/retaining without consent, a four-year felony. The charge stems from a July 24 incident in the city of Marquette. Rasanen was scheduled to be sentenced April 5.

≤ Kevin Joseph Beerman, 41, of 2050 Presque Isle Ave., Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance possession/analogs, a two-year felony. The charge stems from a Dec. 22 incident in the city of Marquette. Beerman was scheduled to be sentenced April 5.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment Feb. 8:

≤ Emily Margaret Barker, 26, of 1112 Keewaydin, Negaunee, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated, occupant less than 16, a one-year misdemeanor; one count of operating while intoxicated, a 93-day misdemeanor; and one count of controlled substance, possession/analogs, a two-year felony and to one count of attempted larceny in a building, a two-year high court misdemeanor. The charges stem from a Nov. 19 incident in Negaunee Township. Barker was scheduled to be sentenced April 12.

≤ Mark Hunter Granlund, 23, of 777 Pioneer Road, pleaded guilty to one count of robbery, unarmed, a 15-year felony. The charge stems from an Oct. 15 incident in Marquette Township. Granlund was scheduled to be sentenced April 12.

≤ Jessica Alex Lyle, 27, of 914 Wilson St., Marquette, pleaded guilty to controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, a 10-year felony. The charge stems from a Dec. 31, 2017, incident in the city of Negaunee. Lyle was scheduled to be sentenced April 12.

≤ Mikayla Renee Hollands, 19, of 304 Yalmer Road, pleaded guilty to controlled substance, creation/delivery of an analog, a 15-year felony. The charge stems from an Oct. 25 incident in the city of Marquette. Hollands was scheduled to be sentenced April 12.

≤ Terra Rochelle Riley, 20, of 132 Dana Lane, Marquette, pleaded guilty to controlled substance, delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic, less than 20 grams, a 20-year felony. The charge stems from a June 25 incident in West Branch Township. Riley was scheduled to be sentenced April 12.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment Feb. 15:

≤ Alan Anthony David, 33, pleaded no contest to second-degree child abuse, a 10-year felony. The charge stems from a Nov. 11 incident in Forsyth Township. David was scheduled to be sentenced April 12.

≤ Alex Francis Galligan, 24, of 341 E. Michigan St., Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation, a 10-year felony and to one count of domestic violence, a 93-day misdemeanor. The charges stem from a Nov. 15 incident in the city of Marquette. Galligan was scheduled to be sentenced April 25.

≤ Monica Rose Kohtala, 24, of Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of schedule IV controlled substance delivery/manufacture, a four-year felony. The charge stems from a Feb. 2, 2017, incident in Ishpeming Township. Kohtala was scheduled to be sentenced April 12.

≤ Holly Marie Hedlander, 38, of 39 Ridge Road, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of ephedrine/pseudoephedrine, purchase/posses to make meth, a five-year felony. The charge stems from a Nov. 28 incident in Forsyth Township. Hedlander was scheduled to be sentenced April 25.

≤ Daniel Keith Winkler, 26, of 441 Mustang St., Gwinn, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance delivery/manufacture, methamphetamine, a 20-year felony; one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, a 10-year felony; and one count of first-degree retail fraud, a five-year felony. The first charge stems from a March 1, 2018 incident in Forsyth Township, the second from an April 3, 2018, incident in Marquette Township and the third from a Dec. 24, 2017, incident in Marquette Township. Winkler was scheduled to be sentenced April 12.

≤ Alicia Marie Maki, 18, of 663 Division St., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance possession/analogs, a two-year felony. The charge stems from a Nov. 10 incident in Forsyth Township. Maki was scheduled to be sentenced April 25.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment Feb. 20:

≤ Brandon Lee Schiefel, 24, of 635 Iron St., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of weapons, firearms discharge in or at a building, a 10-year felony and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, felonious assault, a four-year felony. The charges stem from an Aug. 28 incident in the city of Ishpeming. Schiefel was scheduled to be sentenced April 18.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment Feb. 22:

≤ Cassandra Ruthann Gasman, 25, of 1649 Engman Lake Road, Skandia, pleaded guilty to one count of jails, prisoner possessing contraband, a five-year felony. The charge stems from an April 28 incident in the city of Marquette. Gasman was scheduled to be sentenced April 25.

≤ Max Allen Firby, 35, of 219 Oak St., Ishpeming, pleaded no contest to one count of operating while intoxicated, third offense, a five-year felony. The charge stems from a Dec. 13 incident in the city of Ishpeming. Firby was scheduled to be sentenced May 3.

≤ James Evald Olson, 36, of 170 N. Plains St., Gwinn, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance possession/ analogs, a two-year felony and one count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police officer, a two-year felony. The charges stem from Nov. 28 and Dec. 11 incidents in Forsyth Township.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment Feb. 27:

≤ Jhirnea Montreal Harris, 29, of 1960 U.S. 41 S., Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of assault of prison employee, a five-year felony. The charge stems from a June 24 incident in the city of Marquette. Harris was scheduled to be sentenced May 16.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment March 1:

≤ Grant David Hill, 20, of 618 Main St., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, multiple variables, a two-year high court misdemeanor. The charge stems from a Dec. 11, 2015, incident in the city of Ishpeming. Hill was scheduled to be sentenced May 3.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment March 7:

≤ James Adams, of 13924 Wadaga Road, Baraga, pleaded guilty to assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation, a 10-year felony.

The charge stems from a March 28, 2018, incident in the city of Marquette. Adams was scheduled to be sentenced May 16.

≤ Jhirnea Montreal Harris, 29, of 1960 U.S. 41 S., Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of assault of prison employee, a five-year felony. The charge stems from a June 24 incident in the city of Marquette. Harris was scheduled to be sentenced May 16.

≤ Benjamin Arther Wyatt, 29, of 529 N. 19th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree home invasion, a five-year felony; and one count of second-degree home invasion, a 15-year felony. The charges stem from a July 2 incident in Wells Township. Wyatt was scheduled to be sentenced May 2.
