A black and white 2-year-old female domestic short hair was found in Ishpeming and lodged at the Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter in Negaunee Township.

Found and lodged at the Alger County Animal Shelter in Munising were a 12-year-old female dilute tortoiseshell; a 5-year-old gray tiger striped female cat; a tiger-striped female cat, age 2; a black and white female cat, age 9; a 7-year-old orange tiger-striped male cat; a male gray and white tabby cat, age 13; a male gray and white short-haired cat, age 17; a black and white female cat, age 9; a 3-year-old gray striped male cat; a black tiger striped male cat, age 4; a 1-year-old female husky mix; a 12-year-old female husky mix; and a 2-year-old male pit-walker hound mix.
