Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment on July 8:
– Brad Lee-Alan Morris, 35, 24 Stonegate Heights in Marquette, pleaded to one count attempted larceny of $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, a felony punishable by up to 2.5 years jail and/or $10,000 or three times the value of the property stolen, whichever is greater. The charges step from a June 13 incident in the city of Marquette. Morris was scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 26.
Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on July 15:
– Anre Rashad Montgomery, 38, 1746 Longyear Ave. in Marquette, was sentenced to a minimum of one year six months of a maximum of 20 years jail with credit for 92 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Montgomery pleaded guilty June 16 to one count controlled substance, delivery of less than 50 grams.
– Peter John Ritari, 39, 240 W. Shag Lake Road in Gwinn, was sentenced to a minimum of one year four months to a maximum two years with credit for 32 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Ritari pleaded no contest June 10 to one count criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree, force or coercion.
– Timothy Edward Tebeest, 27, 503 Juniper St. in Gwinn, was sentenced to a minimum of two years six months to a maximum of 20 years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Tebeest pleaded guilty June 10 to one count controlled substance, delivery less than 50 grams.
– Wyler Anthony Tredeau, 19, 712 E. Ridge St. in Ishpeming, was sentenced to 38 days jail with credit for 38 days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Tredeau pleaded guilty May 27 to one count controlled substance, possession of analogues.
– Heather Marie Walin, 39, 1950 Presque Isle Ave., Apt. 328, in Marquette, was sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for one day served, to serve 90 days up front with balance of jail time deferred, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,068. Walin pleaded guilty June 10 to one count larceny in a building.

– Renee Lavonne Wernholm, also known as Renee Lavonne Lennox, 43, 349 W. Johnson St. in Ishpeming, was sentenced to 150 days jail with credit for 106 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Wernholm pleaded guilty April 15 to one count controlled substance, delivery of schedule 1, 2, 3.

– Kevin Michael Ehle, 26, 690 S. Lake Enchantment Road in Marquette, was sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 80 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,171. Ehle pleaded guilty April 15 to one count larceny in a building.

– Douglas Anthony Tilot, 36, 700 E. North St. in Ishpeming, was sentenced to 90 days jail with credit for 15 days served, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Tilot pleaded guilty April 15 to one count police officer assault/resist.

– Reginald Devon Carter, 23, Marquette Branch Prison, was sentenced to a minimum of one year to a maximum of two years six months jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Carter pleaded guilty May 5 to one count attempted possession of a weapon in prison.
– Nickalas Scott Elliott, 25, Marquette Branch Prison, was sentenced to a minimum of four years to a maximum of 15 years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $396. Elliott was found guilty by jury April 26 on two counts of possessing a weapon in prison.
– Jonathan Edward Tabin, 39, Marquette Branch Prison, was sentenced to a minimum of three years to maximum of five years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Tabin pleaded guilty May 5 to one count possession of a weapon in prison.

– Alan Anthony Staubin, 35, 212 S. Pint Estate, #2, in Ishpeming, was sentenced to a minimum of two years to a maximum of seven years six months with credit for 206 days served, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Staubin pleaded guilty May 13 to one count third degree home invasion.
– Michael Christopher Cornish, 34, 1039 Maas, No. 8, in Negaunee, was sentenced to a minimum of three years to a maximum of 15 years jail with credit for seven days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Cornish pleaded guilty April 15 to one count criminal sexual conduct, second degree, of a person under 13 years old.

– Christopher Aaron Lyon, 28, 321 Willow Creek Lane in Red Oak, Texas, was sentenced to 113 days jail with credit for 113 days served, given 60 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Lyon pleaded guilty May 6 to one count attempted use of computers to commit a crime.
– Jamie Beau Reichel, 21, 813 Camelot Drive in Negaunee, was sentenced to 270 days jail with credit for 32 days served, to serve 120 up front with balance of jail time deferred, given 60 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Reichel pleaded guilty May 6 to attempted criminal sexual conduct, third degree, of a person 13-15 years old.
– Danny Lee Weymouth, Jr., 24, 201 S. First St. in Ishpeming, was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 94 days served, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Weymouth pleaded no contest May 6 to one count assault by strangulation.

– Lazarion Demar Campbell, 20, 920 Jefferson St. in Marquette, was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 99 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Campbell pleaded guilty May 6 to one count attempted domestic violence.

– Starlene Marie Bartol, 39, 606 D St. in Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count ephedrine/pseudoephedrine, possess to make meth, a felony punishable by up to five years jail and/or $5,000 in fines. The charges stem from a March 28 incident in Marquette Township. Bartol was scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 26.

Brennan pleaded no contest April 8 to one count police officer assault/resist and one count retail fraud, second degree.
– Lee Allan Kukla, 33, 6015 County Road PB in Ishpeming, was sentenced to 33 days jail with credit for 33 days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $908. Kukla pleaded guilty April 15 to one count police officer assault/resist and one count controlled substances, use non-narcotic.
– Justin David Langsford, 35, 713 Vine St. in Ishpeming, was sentenced to a minimum of two years and five months to a maximum of four years jail with credit for 248 days served and ordered to pay costs and fines of $248. Langsford pleaded no contest April 15 to one count assault/resisting and obstructing causing injury. Langsford was also sentenced to 93 days jail with credit for 93 days served after pleading no contest April 15 to one count domestic violence.

– Anthony Douglas Gonzalez, 28, 9527 U.S. 41 South in Skandia, was sentenced to a minimum of three years to maximum of 15 years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Gonzalez pleaded guilty Feb. 19 to one count unarmed robbery.
– Evan Lloyd Hebert, 21, 410 Alder in Ishpeming, was sentenced to a minimum of two years to maximum of four years jail with credit for 186 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Hebert pleaded guilty Feb. 19 to one count assault with a weapon.

– Patrick Michael Greenfield, 41, 603 Francis Court in Escanaba, was sentenced to 270 days jail with credit for 24 days served, with 120 days to be served upfront and the balance of jail time deferred, given 12 months probation, driver’s license suspended 30 days followed by 150 days restricted, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,358. Greenfield pleaded guilty Jan. 4 to one count operating with a high blood-alcohol content, third offense.
– Glen Thomas Lavance, 37, 204 Ventura in Gwinn, was sentenced to a minimum of one year six months to a maximum of four years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Lavance pleaded guilty March 18 to one count sex offenders, failure to register, third offense.
Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on April 22:
– Eric Dean Peterson, 26, 2842 W. Fair Avenue in Marquette, was sentenced to a minimum of three years to maximum 10 years jail with credit for 107 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $266. Peterson pleaded guilty March 18 to two counts breaking and entering with intent.
– Peter Eugene Puska Jr., 39, 319 S. 1st St. in Ishpeming, was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 35 days and ordered to pay fines and costs of $598. Puska pleaded guilty March 9 to one count police officer assault/resist.
– Cody Anthony Weinberg, 28, 1705 North Lake Drive in Ishpeming, was sentenced to 223 days jail with credit for 223 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $326. Weinberg pleaded guilty March 18 to one count police officer assault/resist and one count attempted malicious destruction of fire/police property.
