Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on Dec. 3:

– Randolph Scott Diabo, 35, Marquette Branch Prison, was sentenced to a minimum of one year/maximum 15 years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Diabo was found guilty by jury Oct. 21 on one count possession of a weapon in prison.

– Willie Franklin Jones, 29, Chippewa Correctional Facility, was sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 72 days served and ordered to pay costs and fines of $548. Jones pleaded guilty Oct. 22 to one count attempted financial transaction device, stealing/retaining without consent.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on Dec. 4:

– David James Bellmer, 37, of 187 Rascal in Gwinn, was sentenced to 423 days jail with credit for 85 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $448. Bellmer pleaded guilty Oct. 23 to one count of possession of a weapon, firearms and no contest to one count domestic violence.

– Cassie Marie Croschere, 22, of 1101 Lee St. in Marquette, was sentenced to 270 days jail with credit for 122 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Croschere pleaded guilty Aug. 7 to one count larceny in a building.

– Robert Wallace Oakland, 26, of 217 E. Johnson Road in Skandia, was sentenced to 19 days jail with credit for 19 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,903. Oakland pleaded guilty Dec. 5, 2014, to one count financial transaction device possession.

– Peter Eugene Puska, Jr., 38, of 319 First St. in Ishpeming, was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 28 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,358. Puska pleaded guilty Oct. 23 to one count operating while intoxicated, third offense.

– Jennifer Savangvongsavanh, 25, of 2419 W. McKinley Ave. in Milwaukee, was sentenced to 90 days jail with credit for 81 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Savangvongsavanh pleaded guilty Oct. 23 to one count controlled substance delivery, schedule 1, 2, 3.

– Alan Anthony St. Aubin, 35, of 212 S. Pine St. in Ishpeming, was sentenced to 398 days jail with credit for 48 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $848. St. Aubin pleaded guilty Oct. 23 to one count home invasion, third degree and one count domestic violence.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on Dec. 9:

– Sherry Ann Mattson, 45, of 724 Old County Road 553 in Gwinn, was sentenced to 330 days jail with credit for one day served, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $958. Mattson pleaded guilty Oct. 23 to one count operating while intoxicated/impaired with the presence of a controlled substance, third offense.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on Dec. 10:

– Joshua Lee Cornett, 34, Marquette Branch Prison, was sentenced to a minimum of two years six months/maximum of 5 years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Cornett pleaded guilty Oct. 22 to one count assault of a prison employee.

– Davonta Price McCoy, 24, Marquette Branch Prison, was sentenced to a minimum of 10 months/maximum of two years six months jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. McCoy pleaded guilty Oct. 29 to one count possession of a weapon in prison.

– David Anthony Flores, 41, Marquette Branch Prison, was sentenced to a minimum of 10 months/maximum of two years six months jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Flores pleaded no contest Nov. 3 to one count possession of a weapon in prison.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on Dec. 11:

– Maurice Shauntez Gray, 35, of 58631 Runway Road in Elkhart, Indiana, was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 87 days served, given 60 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858, Gray pleaded guilty Oct. 30 to one count controlled substance delivery, less than 50 grams.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on Dec. 17:

– Michael Lee Fagan, 25, Marquette Branch Prison, was sentenced to a minimum of three years/maximum of 20 years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Fagan was found guilty by jury Nov. 3 on one count possession of a weapon in prison.

– Samuel Leon Johnson, 55, of 3947 M-35 in Negaunee, was sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 17 days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,298. Johnson pleaded guilty Sept. 18 to one count of operating while intoxicated, third offense.

– LeeAnna Christy Streeter, 35, of 725 Grove Street, Apt. 11, in Marquette, was sentenced to a minimum of three years/maximum of 20 years jail with credit for 143 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Streeter pleaded guilty Nov. 11 to one count controlled substance, delivery/manufacture – methamphetamine.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on Dec. 18:

– Andrea Lu LaFountain, 20, of 25 W. Ice Lake Road in Iron River, was sentenced to 240 days jail with credit for 41 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. LaFountain pleaded guilty Nov. 6 to one count controlled substance, possession of analogues.

– David Paul Peterson, 30, of 1142 S. Pine Street in Ishpeming, was sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 31 days served, given 60 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Peterson pleaded guilty Oct. 30 to one count sex offenders, failure to register.

– Craig Jon Silta, 45, of N1207 State Highway M-67 in Trenary, was sentenced to 365 days jail with credit for 255 days served, given 12 months probation and ordered pay fines and costs of $858. Silta pleaded guilty Nov. 6 to one count police officer assault/resist.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment on Jan. 4:

– Patrick Michael Greenfield, 41, of 603 Francis Court in Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count operating with a high blood-alcohol content, a misdemeanor punishable by up to 180 days jail and/or $700. The charge stems from a Dec. 21 incident in Chocolay Township. Greenfield was scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 12.

– Julaine Nicole Mankowski, 33, of 1911 Bancroft St. in Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count controlled substance, delivery/manufacture – heroin, less than 50 grams, a felony punishable by up to 20 years jail and/or $25,000. The charge stems from an incident in Marquette between Feb. 17 and April 28, 2015. Mankowski was scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 12.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on Jan. 4:

– John Patrick Alexander, 37, of 201 S. Schneider St. in Big Bay, was sentenced to 300 days jail with credit for 88 days served and ordered to pay costs and fines of $198. Alexander pleaded guilty Nov. 20 to one count sex offenders, failure to register.

– Karl Dennis Hemmila, 46, of 211 Kirkpatrick Ave. in Palmer, was sentenced to a minimum of one year, six months/maximum of five years jail. Hemmila pleaded no contest to one count domestic violence, third offense. Hemmila was also sentenced to 92 days jail, following a no contest plea on one count of police officer assault/resist.

– Jennifer Ann Laakso, 32, of 409 1/2 Cleveland Ave., Apt. 2, in Ishpeming, was sentenced to a minimum of three years/maximum 20 years jail with credit for 124 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $278. Laakso pleaded guilty Nov. 20 to one count controlled substance, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine.

– Jennifer Ann Laakso, 32, of 409 1/2 Cleveland Ave., Apt. 2, in Ishpeming, was sentenced to a minimum of two years/maximum 10 years jail with credit for 124 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Laakso pleaded guilty Nov. 20 to one count controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine.

– James David Lanaville, 32, of 3117 14th Ave. South in Escanaba, was sentenced to a minimum of one year/maximum of five years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $4,032. Lanaville pleaded no contest Sept. 25 to one count operating while intoxicated causing serious injury.
