– Krista Rose Lefebvre, 27, of 597 County Road 545, Marquette, was sentenced to one year and six months to 10 years jail with credit for 181 days served, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $6,872.12. Joint restitution of $5,938.12 is to be paid with co-defendant Daniel Lee, no additional information listed. Lefebvre pleaded guilty May 19 to three counts of breaking and entering with intent.
– Jennifer Sue Vaughn, 26, of 128 Salisbury St., Ishpeming, was sentenced to two to 20 years jail with credit for 65 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Vaughn pleaded guilty May 15 to operating/maintaining a laboratory involving a controlled substance.
Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment on June 29:
– Aiseah Duane Achesah, 22, of 1950 Presque Isle Ave., Apartment 111, Marquette, pleaded guilty to attempted armed robbery, a five-year felony. The charge stems from a May 13 incident in Marquette. Achesah was scheduled to be sentenced July 31.
– Starlene Marie Bartol, 38, of 321 Lincoln St., No. 5, Negaunee, pleaded guilty to attempted larceny in a building, a high court misdemeanor punishable by two years jail or $1,000. The charge stems from an April 15 incident in Negaunee. Bartol was scheduled to be sentenced July 31.
– Josiah Mark Hanna, 27, of 205 Main St., Fife Lake, pleaded guilty to larceny in a building, a four-year felony and/or $5,000. The charge stems from a May 25 incident. Hanna was scheduled to be sentenced July 31.
– Emily Anne McCollum, 27, of 420.5 Oak St., Marquette, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit ephedrine/pseudoephedrine – purchase/possession to make meth, a five-year felony and/or $5,000 and an additional $10,000 fine. The charge stems from an April 24 incident in Marquette Township. McCollum also pleaded guilty to third-degree home invasion, a five-year felony and/or $2,000. The charge stems from a Dec. 17, 2014 incident in Marquette. McCollum was scheduled to be sentenced July 31.

– Joshua Lee Bowen, 33, with an address listed as the Marquette County Jail, was sentenced to three to 20 years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Bowen pleaded guilty May 22 to one count of controlled substance-operating/maintaining a lab involving methamphetamine.
– Gerald Beaver Humphreys Jr., 52, of 703 Cleveland Ave., Ishpeming, was sentenced to six to 20 years jail with credit for 101 days served, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Humphreys pleaded guilty May 22 to controlled substance-delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine.
– Adam James Skidmore, 32, of 1401 Lincoln Ave., Apartment 26, Marquette, was sentenced to 240 days jail, credited for 131 days served with the remainder of jail term suspended, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Skidmore pleaded guilty May 22 to one count of felony assault with a weapon.

– Brian David Brown, 24, no address listed, was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 60 days served, to serve nine months jail upfront with balance deferred, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Brown pleaded no contest June 5 to one count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer.
– Terrence Vincent Michalak, 35, with an address listed as the Chippewa Correctional Facility, was sentenced to 10 months to two years and six months jail to be served consecutively with current jail sentence. Michalak pleaded guilty June 11 to one count of prisoner – possession of a weapon.

– Jonathan Damarr Bostick, 25, of 332 Commando St., Gwinn, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person between the ages of 13 and 15, a five-year felony. The charge stems from a June 16 incident in West Branch Township. Bostick was scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 14.
– Allen James Hutchens, 18, of 209 North Elm St., Gwinn, pleaded guilty to one count of larceny in a building, a four-year felony and/or $5,000. The charge stems from a May 5 incident in Marquette. Hutchens was scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 14.
– Levi Robert Puuri, 35, of 216 Graham St., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – obtaining Lorazepam by fraud, a four-year felony and/or $30,000. The charge stems from a June 3 incident in Ishpeming Township. Puuri was scheduled to be sentenced July 22.
– John Robert Rowland, 34, of 574 Yalmer Road, Skandia, pleaded guilty to police officer-assaulting/resisting/obstructing, a two-year felony and/or $2,000. The charge stems from a June 23 incident in Skandia Township. Rowland was scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 14.
– Logan Michael Stauber, 22, of 2115 Longyear Ave., Marquette, pleaded guilty to delivery/manufacture marijuana, a four-year felony and/or $20,000. The charge stems from a June 23 incident in Marquette Township. Stauber was scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 21.
– David Lawrence Verboczki, 43, of 2073 Center St., Marquette, pleaded no contest to domestic violence, a 93-day misdemeanor and/or $500. The charge stems from a June 5 incident. Verboczki was scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 14.

– Norman Archie Bradbury IV, 21, of 1950 Presque Isle Ave., Marquette, was sentenced to two to 15 years jail with credit for 87 days served, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Bradbury pleaded no contest June 5 to one count of second-degree home invasion.
– Bradley Allen Helsten, 39, of 703 Cleveland Ave., Ishpeming, was sentenced to 51 months to 20 years jail with credit for 111 days served, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Helsten pleaded guilty May 22 to one count of delivery/manufacturing methamphetamine.
– Cindy Ann Joyal, 55, of 98 Croix St., Negaunee, was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 21 days served, to serve 90 days jail upfront with balance deferred, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798 and restitution of an amount to be determined. Joyal pleaded guilty June 5 to second-degree home invasion.
– Jason Allen Salo, 33, of 162 Angeline St., Ishpeming, was sentenced to 101 days jail with credit for 101 days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Salo pleaded guilty June 5 to controlled substance-possession of analogues.
– Alissa Justine Thomas, 25, of 241 Hewitt Ave., Marquette, was sentenced to 330 days jail with credit for 65 days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Thomas pleaded guilty June 5 to larceny of a building.

– Shannon Lynn Crook, a.k.a. Shannon Lynn Burns, 38, of P.O. Box 31, Lacenter, Kentucky, was sentenced to 36 months probation, ordered to pay fines and costs of $798, as well as $22,195.67 restitution to the victim, $2,308.06 to the state of Michigan and an extradition cost of $639.20 to the Attorney General Child Support Division. Crook pleaded guilty March 9 to one count of failure to pay child support.
Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on May 28:
– Brandon Lee Konsdorf, 25, of Marquette Branch Prison was sentenced to one year to two years and six months jail to be served consecutively to current sentence, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Konsdorf pleaded guilty April 30 to prisoner – attempted possession of weapon.
– Todd Allen Lammi, 46, of 140 Vine St., Apt. 1, Ishpeming was sentenced to 240 days jail with credit for 23 days served, to serve six months jail upfront with balance deferred, given 18 months probation, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Lammi pleaded guilty April 13 to operating while intoxicated – third offense.

– Ryan Woodrow Barry, 29, of 420.5 Oak St., Marquette pleaded guilty to purchasing/possessing ephedrine/pseudoephedrine to make methamphetamine, a five-year felony and/or a fine of $5,000. The charge stems from an April 24 incident in Marquette Township. Barry was scheduled to be sentenced July 10.
– Kyle Christopher Beaudry, 18, of 220 Rail St., Negaunee pleaded guilty to breaking and entering – entry without breaking with intent, a five-year felony or $2,500. The charge stems from a March 13 incident at a garage along Heritage Drive in Negaunee. Beaudry was scheduled to be sentenced July 10.
– Norman Archie Bradbury IV, 21, of 1950 Presque Isle Ave., Marquette pleaded no contest to second-degree home invasion, a 15-year felony and/or $3,000. The charge stems from an April 8 incident at a dwelling along Yalmer Road in Skandia Township. Bradbury was scheduled to be sentenced July 10.
– Brian David Brown, 23, no address listed, pleaded no contest to assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, a two-year felony and/or $2,000. The charge stems from a May 9 incident. Brown was scheduled to be sentenced July 9.
– Cindy Ann Joyal, 55, of 98 Croix St., Apt. 261, Negaunee pleaded guilty to second-degree home invasion, a 15-year felony and/or $3,000. The charge stems from a May 6 incident along Croix Street in Negaunee. Joyal was scheduled to be sentenced July 10.
– Jason Allen Salo, 34, of 162 Angeline St., Ishpeming pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of analogues, a two-year felony and/or $2,000. The charge stems from an April 10 incident in Chocolay Township. Salo was scheduled to be sentenced July 10.
– Alissa Justine Thomas, 25, of 241 Hewitt St., Marquette pleaded guilty to larceny in a building, a four-year felony and/or $2,000. The charge stems from an April 28 incident in Marquette Township. Thomas was scheduled to be sentenced July 10.
– Philip James Turner, 23, of 1950 Presque Isle Ave., Apt. 11, Marquette pleaded guilty to possession of a mixture containing the controlled substance methadone, less than 25 grams, a four-year felony and/or $25,000. The charge stems from an April 28 incident in Marquette. Turner was scheduled to be sentenced July 17.

– Casey Brian Kallio, 27, of P.O. Box 64, Ewen was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 22 days served, three months jail deferred, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $5,279.45. Kallio pleaded no contest April 24 to assault with intent to harm less than murder.
– Michael Scott Laitinen, 40, of 717 Prince St., Negaunee was sentenced to 113 days jail, given 18 months probation, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Laitinen pleaded no contest April 24 to assault with a weapon (felonious assault).

– Terrence Vincent Michalak, 35, of Chippewa County Correctional Facility, Kincheloe, pleaded guilty to prisons-prisoner possession of weapon-attempted, a two and one-half-year felony and/or $1,000 fine. The charge stems from a Feb. 17 incident. Michalak was scheduled to be sentenced July 9.

– Cory Michael Carter, 24, of 236 West Baraga Ave., Marquette, pleaded guilty to escaping from misdemeanor jail sentence, a two-year felony and/or $1,000 fine. The charge stems from a June 1 incident when Carter left the jail without being discharged by due process of law. Carter was scheduled to be sentenced July 17.
– Derek John Lentz, 34, of 1955 Freedom Drive, Apt. G, Marquette, pleaded guilty to second-degree home invasion, a 15-year felony and/or $3,000 fine. The charge stems from a May 20 incident at a residence on Freedom Drive. Lentz was scheduled to be sentenced July 17.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on May 14:
– Tony Lamar Clark, 48, of the Marquette Branch Prison, was sentenced to one year three months to two years six months jail to be served consecutively with current sentence, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Clark pleaded guilty April 16 to attempted assault of a prison employee.
– John William Abbott, 45, of the Marquette Branch Prison, was sentenced to three years to seven years and six months jail with credit for 190 days served, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Abbott, a habitual offender, pleaded no contest to attempted second-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person under the age of 13.
Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on May 15:
– Kevin Leonard Houle, 42, of 212 Thunderchief, Gwinn, was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 64 days served, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Houle pleaded guilty April 17 to police officer – fleeing in a vehicle.
Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment on May 15:
– Jennifer Sue Vaughan, 26, of 128 Salisbury St., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to operating/maintaining a laboratory involving methamphetamine, a 20-year felony and/or $25,000. The charge stems from a March 21 incident. Vaughan was scheduled to be sentenced June 19.
Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment May 22:
– Joshua Lee Bowen, 33, of Marquette, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. The charge stems from a Jan. 27 incident. Bowen was scheduled to be sentenced June 30.
– Co-defendants Bradley Allen Helsten, 39, a habitual offender, and Gerald Beaver Humphreys Jr., 51, both of 703 Cleveland Ave., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, a felony carrying a penalty of 20 years jail and/or $25,000 and an additional $10,000 fine. The charges stem from a March 21 incident. Helsten and Humphreys were scheduled to be sentenced June 30.
– Michael Alen Luoma, 18, of 260 Kumpala St., Negaunee, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering – entry without breaking with intent, a felony with a punishment of five years jail or $2,500. The charge stems from a March 13 incident along Heritage Drive in Negaunee. Luoma was scheduled to be sentenced June 30.
– Adam James Skidmore, 31, of 203 Mesnard St., Michigamme, pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault), a four-year felony and/or $2,000. The charge stems from an Oct. 7, 2014 incident in Michigamme Township. Skidmore was scheduled to be sentenced June 30.

– Steven Thomas Helwig, 30, of 1308 Western Ave., Green Bay, Wisconsin, was sentenced to serve three to 15 years jail with credit for 298 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Helwig, a habitual offender, pleaded guilty April 17 to breaking and entering with intent.

– Sadie Renae Oxenford, 18, of 114 Wilderness Road, Negaunee, pleaded guilty to second-degree home invasion, a 15-year felony and/or $3,000. The charge stems from a Jan. 3 incident at a residence in Marquette. Oxenford was scheduled to be sentenced June 12.
Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on May 8:
– Bryan Nathaniel Girard, 30, of 2626 County Road 456, Gwinn, was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 360 days served, to be served consecutively to current sentence/parole, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $841.98. Girard pleaded guilty April 17 to fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct involving an incapacitated victim.
– John Logan Heribacka, 41, of 260 Marble St., Ishpeming, was sentenced to one year and three months to 20 years jail with credit for 203 days served, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Heribacka pleaded guilty March 20 to operating/maintaining a laboratory involving methamphetamine.
– Michael Robert Kikstra, 53, of 24 East Jackpine St., Gwinn, was sentenced to three years and four months to five years jail with credit for 227 days served, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $266. Kikstra pleaded guilty March 13 to one count of capturing/distributing image of unclothed person, and one count of using a computer to commit a crime.
