Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on March 16:

– Kyler Brock Arrieta, 26, of 220 Dobson Place, Marquette, was sentenced to 15 to 30 years jail with credit for 248 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $2,777.40 – joint restitution of $2,579.40 with defendant Johnathan Daniel Roy. Arrieta pleaded guilty Feb. 2 to armed robbery.

– Johnathan Daniel Roy, 26, of 815 Preserve Drive, Marquette was sentenced to 15 to 30 years jail with credit for 248 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $2,777.40 – joint restitution of $2,579.40 with defendant Kyler Brock Arrieta. Roy pleaded guilty Feb. 6 to armed robbery.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on March 20:

  • Bryan Robert Craycraft, 24, of 628 Everett St., Negaunee, was sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 43 days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $976.38. Craycraft pleaded guilty Feb. 13 to financial transaction device-illegal use-attempt.

– Barbara Ann Rzanca, 42, of P.O. Box 105, Munising, was sentenced to 270 days jail with credit for three days served, to serve six months upfront with balance of jail time deferred, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $2,298. Rzanca pleaded guilty Feb. 13 to larceny of a building.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment on March 20:

– Steven Michael Stagliano, 24, of 201 Cherry Creek Road No. 201, Marquette pleaded guilty to second-degree home invasion, punishable by up to 15 years jail and/or a $3,000 fine. The charge stem from a Nov. 30, 2014 incident. Stagliano was scheduled to be sentenced April 24.

– John Logan Heribacka, 41, of 260 Marble St., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to operating/maintaining a laboratory involving methamphetamine, a felony punishable by up to 20 years jail and/or $25,000. The charge stem from an Oct. 16, 2014 incident. Heribacka was scheduled to be sentenced May 8.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on March 27:

– Juliane Elizabeth Bradbury, 32, no address listed, was sentenced to two to 10 years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Bradbury pleaded guilty Feb. 27 to delivery/manufacturing of a schedule 4 controlled substance.

– Joseph Michael Dambrosio, 31, of 80 North Crestview Drive, Gwinn, was sentenced to 233 days with credit for 106 days served, given 18 month probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $948. Dambrosio pleaded guilty Feb. 13 to operating while intoxicated-third offense and possession of a firearm by a person under the influence. The vehicle used in the offense will be immobilized or forfeited.

– Spencer Troy Emard, 43, of 5057 U.S. 41 South, Room 2, Marquette was sentenced to three to 20 years jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Emard pleaded guilty Feb. 27 to operating/maintaining a laboratory involving methamphetamine.

– Terrell Maurice Ray, 37, of 108 Lancer St., Gwinn, was sentenced to two to five years jail with credit for 73 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Ray was found guilty Feb. 27 of operating under the influence causing injury.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment on March 27:

– Kyle Lee Dorow, 19, of 519 North First St., No. 2, Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, a felony punishable by up to 10 years jail and/or $15,000. The charge stems from a March 2 incident. Dorow was scheduled to be sentenced May 8.

– Timothy Joseph Havel, 29, of 8229 County Road 550, Marquette pleaded guilty to larceny of $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, a felony punishable by up to five years jail and/or $10,000 or three times the value of the property stolen, whichever is greater. The charge stems from a Jan. 15, 2013 incident. Havel was scheduled to be sentenced May 8.

– Devion Cortez May, 19, of 236 Payne Hall, Marquette, pleaded guilty to financial transaction devise – possession, a felony punishable by up to four years jail and/or $5,000. The charge stems from an incident that occurred between Feb. 6 and 16. May was scheduled to be sentenced May 8.

– Robert Walter Cram Jr., 57, of 1227 Stuart St., Green Bay, was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 84 days served, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,298. Cram pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to operating while intoxicated-third offense.

– Aimee Marie Fraley, 27, no address listed, was sentenced to 270 days jail with credit for 68 days served, to serve seven months jail upfront with two months deferred, given 18 months probation, 30 days suspended license with 180 days restricted and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Fraley pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to possession of methamphetamine.

– Jesondra Beth Pennala, 38, of 260 Marble St., Ishpeming was sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 134 days served, to serve 134 days upfront with balance deferred, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Pennala pleaded guilty Jan. 16 to possession of methamphetamine.

– Benjamin Thomas Rose, 34, of 478 South M-553, Gwinn was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 57 days served, to serve seven months upfront with balance deferred, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,298. Rose pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to operating while intoxicated-third offense.

– Steven Patrick Schuster, 43, of 492 County Road 480, Marquette was sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for four days served, balance of jail time deferred, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Schuster pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to larceny of a building.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on March 6:

– Ashley Nicole Bartle, 29, of 131 Wilderness Road, Negaunee was sentenced to 12 months jail with credit for 68 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Bartle pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to controlled substance possession of analogues.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on March 13:

-Richard Hartley Ellingsen, 25, of 406 East Park St., Marquette, was sentenced to 150 days jail with credit for 57 days served, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Ellingsen pleaded guilty Feb. 6 to possession of methamphetamine.

– Steven Arnold Greenleaf, 29, of 655 Maurice St., No. 2, Ishpeming was sentenced to three to 10 years jail with credit for 80 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Greenleaf pleaded guilty Feb. 6 to possession of methamphetamine.

– Daniel Ray Lee, 25, of 465 Liberator St., Gwinn was sentenced to 300 days jail with credit for 99 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $4,389.92 and possibly additional restitution upon receipt of claims. Lee pleaded guilty Feb. 6 to three counts of breaking and entering with intent.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment on March 13:

– Michael Robert Kikstra, 53, of 24 East Jackpine St., Gwinn pleaded guilty to capturing/distributing image of unclothed person, five years jail and/or $5,000; and using a computer to commit a crime, four years jail and/or $5,000. The charges stem from a Sept. 23, 2014 incident. Kikstra was scheduled to be sentenced April 24.

– Wilfred Charles Kobie, 63, of 594 County Road AJ, Champion pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-third offense, with a punishment of up to one to five years jail and $500-$5,000, or probation with 30 days to one year in jail. The charges stem from a Feb. 19 incident. Kobie was scheduled to be sentenced April 24.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on Jan. 9, 2015:

– Thomas Damien Swick, 37, of 213 East Euclid St., Ishpeming was sentenced to 330 days jail with credit for 71 days, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $398. Swick pleaded guilty Dec. 5, 2014, to possession of methamphetamine.

– Maxwell George Abbot, 53, of 107 Balke Ave., Big Bay was sentenced to 60 days jail with credit for five days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Abbot pleaded guilty Nov. 26, 2014, to weapons-carry concealed-attempt.

– Daniel Scott Ayotte, 20, of 523 North Lake St., Ishpeming was sentenced to 51 days jail with credit for 51 days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Ayotte pleaded guilty Nov. 26, 2014, to delivery of a schedule 4 controlled substance to a minor.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on Jan. 16, 2015:

– Roy Woodrow Delarye Jr., 34, of 475 River St., Ishpeming was sentenced to 15 years and 11 months to 30 years with credit for 169 days served, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $662. Delarye pleaded guilty Nov. 21, 2014, to one count of third degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person under age 13, and one count of third degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person between ages 13 and 15.

– Ronnie Edward Smith, 39, of 480 County Road MQ, Negaunee received several sentencings to be served concurrently and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $464. Smith pleaded no contest Sept. 5, 2014, to fourth degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person between the ages of 13 and 16; second degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person under 13, second conviction; child-sexually abusive activity; and child-sexually abusive material. Smith was sentenced to serve two to three years jail with 358 days credit on the first charge; 10 years and five months to 22 years and six months jail with 371 days credit on the second charge; 13 years and six months to 30 years jail on the third charge; and two years and six months to six years jail with 211 days credit on the fourth charge.

– Tammy Lenore Mccarthy, 34, of 164 Warrior Street, Gwinn was sentenced to 120 days jail with credit for eight days served, to serve 90 days jail upfront with balance deferred, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Mccarthy pleaded guilty Nov. 21, 2014 to third degree home invasion.

– Robert Wallace Oakland, 25, of 217 Johnson Road, Skandia was sentenced to 15 days jail with credit for 15 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $50. Oakland pleaded guilty Dec. 5, 2014 to possession of a loaded firearm in or upon a vehicle.

– Marcus Leo Reffruschinni, 51, of 571 Jasper St., Ishpeming was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for one day served, to serve three months jail upfront with balance deferred, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Reffruschinni pleaded guilty Aug. 29, 2014 to delivery/manufacture of marijuana.
