MICHIGAMME — Among those receiving degrees June 12 at the commencement exercises of Youngstown College of Commerce, Law, and Liberal Arts, in Youngstown, Ohio, Mrs. Robert C. McClure, formerly Catherine M. Hickey, was the only woman to receive the degree bachelor of law. She is the daughter of Mrs. Kate A. Hickey, of Michigamme. Mrs. McClure was graduated from the Michigamme high school and the State Teachers college, St. Cloud, Minn. She took her pre-law work at the University of Michigan and studied law in the evening classes at the Youngstown college while she taught in the city schools. She was recently married to Robert C. McClure. This was the culmination of a romance begun while she was teaching at Cristobal, Panama, and Mr. McClure was a naval officer. Mrs. McClure has accepted a position for the summer as critic in the State Teachers college at Kent, Ohio. At the close of summer school, Mr. and Mrs. McClure will visit the latter’s mother in Michigamme, and will be at home in Youngstown, Ohio, after Sept. 1.
