≤ 5:46 p.m., pickup truck blocking the exit to the parking lot, vehicle was being moved as officer arrived, 100 block East Washington Street

≤ 6:29 p.m., report of a vehicle driving fast with hazards on, pulled into the trailhead, owner of a lost dog was going to the trailhead to look for it, it was already found by the time she got there, 2300 block Wright Street
