≤ 1:55 p.m., private property destroyed overnight, report made, Schneider Mill Court

≤ 2:26 p.m., hit-and-run accident occurred overnight, 1900 block U.S. 41 West

≤ 2:31 p.m., cell phone turned in, 300 block West Baraga Avenue

≤ 2:42 p.m., truck parked in right-of-way, owner was to move at 3:30 p.m., Anderson Street near Grove Street

≤ 3:21 p.m., accident, 300 block Northwoods Drive

≤ 5:20 p.m., harassment complaint, just wanted it documented, 300 block West Baraga Avenue

≤ 2:44 a.m., management requested several disorderly subjects be removed from business, all subjects removed without incident, 2400 block U.S. 41 West

≤ 4:50 a.m., motorist assist, vehicle in traffic, broke down, to be towed from scene, 1300 block South Front Street

≤ 7:23 a.m., two-car minor property-damage/personal-injury accident, West Magnetic Street near North Seventh Street

≤ 8:54 a.m., vehicle with back end parked in traffic. Moved, 1500 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 9:38 a.m., abandoned car in no parking zone, 200 block West Park Street

≤ 10:05 a.m., had some items dumped in their yard, 800 block West Bluff Street

≤ 11:23 a.m., suspicious activity, 1500 block West Washington Street

≤ 11:35 a.m., broken window from rock thrown from lawn mower, Tracy Avenue near Wright Street

≤ 12:14 p.m., report of subjects driving around road closure signs, issue resolved upon arrival, 1300 block Pioneer Road

≤ 12:51 p.m., car vs. deer, unable to locate. Called in by off duty officer passing by, U.S. 41 near Marquette Drive

≤ 1:12 p.m., illegal dumping complaint. Owner contacted and advised, 1400 block O’Dovero Drive

≤ 1:56 p.m., burning brush, advised of ordinance and will let it burn down to avoid more smoke, 800 block West College Avenue

≤ 2:44 p.m., two-car property damage accident, O’Dovero Drive near McClellan Avenue

≤ 3:08 p.m., private property damage accident, 1200 block West Fair Avenue

≤ 3:20 p.m., obscenity, 400 block East Park Street

≤ 3:38 p.m., deer and car pieces in road from an earlier call, 1600 block South McClellan Avenue

≤ 4:16 p.m., juvenile, 600 block North Front Street

≤ 4:31 p.m., report of a subject continually speeding up and down the road, subject spoken to, 1400 block West Avenue

≤ 5:30 p.m., parade detail for Marquette Senior High School Homecoming, 600 block North Front Street

≤ 5:40 p.m., retail fraud, 1400 block O’Dovero Drive

≤ 7:50 p.m., found license plate. Taken to owner, 700 block West Magnetic Street

≤ 7:50 p.m., residential lockout, assistance given, 300 block North Fourth Street

≤ 8:39 p.m., suspicious activity, 1900 block U.S. 41 West

≤ 8:43 p.m., lockout service, opened, 200 West Spring Street

Oct. 5

≤ 12:12 a.m., threats complaint, officers spoken with both parties, 300 block Pine Street

≤ 12:47 a.m., disorderly subject yelling and screaming at passersby. Officers made contact with the subject, moved along, 800 block North Third Street

≤ 1:14 a.m., disorderly subject returned to the area, officer checking on him. Subject left the area, 700 bock North Third Street

≤ 1:58 a.m., caller reports several subjects fighting in the parking lot. Officers did not locate anyone fighting, did speak with several subjects who claimed to have been arguing, 1900 block Freedom Drive

≤ 2:11 a.m., subjects started arguing again from the earlier complaint, subjects were advised to go back to their own apartments for the evening, 1900 block Freedom Drive

≤ 9:15 a.m., two subjects drinking in the back parking lot, moved along, 300 block Pine Street

≤ 1:05 p.m., report that a homeless subject is intoxicated and harassing customers. Request for a letter of no trespass, subject gone on arrival, will issue letter when subject returns, 300 block West Washington Street

≤ 1:30 p.m., vehicle lockout, opened, 100 block West Ridge Street

≤ 2:02 p.m., private property accident. Subject left a note on the windshield. Officer to make contact with the second party and obtain information, 100 block West Bluff Street

≤ 2:16 p.m., unable to receive mail due to construction workers blocking their mailbox. This has been going on for multiple days. No vehicles there at this time. Officer will make checks for any violations, 600 block Pioneer Road

≤ 3:30 p.m., larceny of a bag that occurred sometime that morning. Guest is not concerned about the larceny and does not wish to have anything done at this time, just wanted it documented, 200 bock North Front Street

≤ 4:14 p.m., report of juveniles climbing on the metal boat, area checked, gone on arrival, 200 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 4:15 p.m., report of a dirt bike driving around the area at a high rate of speed, area checked, gone on arrival, East Crescent Street near Pine Street

≤ 4:40 p.m., warrant other agency, 2000 block U.S. 41 West
