≤ 7:19 p.m., complaint of an unattended dog in vehicle, gone on arrival, 900 North Third Street

≤ 7:24 p.m., be-on-the-lookout vehicle for open containers, vehicle located, parked, unoccupied, 1000 block West Washington Street

≤ 7:44 p.m., private parking violations, 1000 block North Third Street

≤ 8:16 p.m., officer checked on suspicious male, Division Street near Sandstone Drive

≤ 9:02 p.m., elevator secured, 100 block West Main Street

≤ 9:10 p.m., fireworks, 600 block High Street

≤ 10:09 p.m., loud noise complaint from the band behind the bar, music was over by the time the officer arrived, warned bar staff and advised they would be cited next time there is a violation, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 10:21 p.m., property inspection, Lakeshore Boulevard near East Fair Avenue

≤ 10:34 p.m., possible kidnapping, Lakeshore Boulevard near East Fair Avenue

≤ 10:48 p.m., property-damage accident, vehicle struck on object, unable to observe any damage, officer advised the complainant that if there is damage, a report will be completed, McClellan Avenue near Cleveland Avenue
