≤ 11:29 p.m., intoxicated subject stumbling around, transferred over to emergency medical services, 100 block South Third Street

≤ 12:08 a.m., intoxicated female in the street screaming and yelling, located at Crescent Street and Lee Street, subject arrested for two warrants and resisting and obstructing, 900 block North Fourth Street
