≤ 12:06 a.m., report of loud subjects, area checked, no noise heard except loud 11-year-old at far west end, advised to be quiet, 2100 block Sugarloaf Avenue

≤ 5:19 a.m., complaint of loud subjects smoking cigarettes at 4:26 a.m., patrol checked, no one around, all quiet at that time; at 5:19 a.m., another complaint of loud subjects smoking cigarettes, patrol checked, contact made, tenant warned, 800 block Preserve Drive
