≤ 1 a.m., found cell phone, 200 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 1:02 a.m., liquor inspections, Third Street near West Baraga Avenue

≤ 1:05 a.m., intoxicated subject located by officer, subject stopped by officer when he nearly ran into patrol unit while on a skateboard, citation issued, 300 block West Hewitt Avenue

≤ 1:23 a.m., workers report an intoxicated subject passed out in store, they would like him checked on and moved along, EMS requested to check subject, transported to EMS, 600 block West Washington Street

≤ 2:06 a.m., caller reports several male subjects running over a parked car on foot, may have damaged the car, area checked by officers, unable to locate the subjects, doesn’t appear to be any damage on vehicle, 200 block West Ridge Street

≤ 2:20 a.m., subject walking in the area with an American flag from the downton area, subject was cooperative with officer, flag returned, 200 block North Front Street

≤ 2:29 a.m., foot patrol in the downtown area, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 2:51 a.m., caller reports possible domestic between friend and ex-boyfriend, no domestic, intoxicated male subject became combative with officers and attempted to strike assisting officer from other agency before being restrained and secured, transported for treatment of small laceration sustained earlier in the evening, 200 block Whetstone Road
