Library hosting home school hangout

NEGAUNEE — The Negaunee Public Library is hosting a home school hangout from 1-3 p.m. Mondays. The program is for all youth and their families who do not attend traditional school. Homeschool students, online students through programs such as Link Learning, and others are welcome to participate. Attendees will meet other youth and families and enjoy an activity. Co-Op board to host annual Earth Day clean-up event

MARQUETTE — The Marquette Food Co-op Board of Directors is hosting an Earth Day clean-up event from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday.  The event will bring the community together to pick up garbage that has accumulated over the winter months in the neighborhoods surrounding the store.
