HOUGHTON — Aspirus Health has completed its expanded Houghton clinic, adding 15 patient rooms, new procedure space, and a drive-thru pharmacy to improve access to care in the Copper Country. The project also supports more consistent specialty services, including orthopedics, general surgery, and dermatology, along with a new walk-in clinic now open seven days a week. HOUGHTON — The ceremonies will be held Friday and Saturday in the John J. McKay Bay oil spill contained, cleanup efforts continue

SAULT STE. MARIE – The Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Natural Resources Division has announced that the oil spill at the McKay Bay boat launch has largely been contained. Oil booms have been deployed to prevent the spill from migrating further into sensitive wetlands and staff continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis.
