GWINN -- Four persons arrested by state police paid a total of $63.20 in fines and costs when arraigned before Justice Arthur Burkman at the Gwinn Town Hall. Raymond Presseau, Onaway, paid $15 for driving left of the center line causing an accident: Bernard Harase, Sawyer AFB, paid $14.40 for violation of the basic speed law; Earl Foress, Gwinn, paid $4.40 for allowing an unlicensed minor to drive and Michael Ridge, Sawyer Air Force Base, paid $29.40 for reckless driving.

MARQUETTE -- Held over by popular demand to one full week over its scheduled 5-day showing, "The Great Ziegfeld" is seen at the Nordic theater for the last times this afternoon and evening. William Powell, Myrna Loy and Luise Rainer top a supporting cast which includes many of filmdom's celebrities. The picture is about the life of Flo Ziegfeld, "the master showman of all times."
