Negaunee Elks partner with Negaunee Township firemen

The Negaunee Elks Lodge #1116 held a pasty sale on Oct. 10 and partnered with the Negaunee Township fireman. The firemen sold 538 pasties and helped the Elks make and distribute the pasties. They were awarded $1210.50 for their participation. These funds will be used by the firemen for fire victim relief. Also, during the sale, $101 of Beacon Grant funds were used to make $400 worth of pasty meals for St. Vincent de Paul’s. St. Vincents gave 50 meals to those in need of food in our community.
