MARQUETTE -- Upper Peninsula REALTORS® is proud to announce Andrea Couvillion of RE/MAX 1st Realty in Marquette as the 2026 UPR REALTOR® of the Year.
The REALTOR® of the Year Award recognizes a member who demonstrates exceptional professionalism, service, leadership, and commitment to the real estate industry and the communities they serve.
According to a press release, Couvillion was selected for her outstanding leadership and continued dedication to the REALTOR® organization. She currently serves as president-elect of Upper Peninsula REALTORS®, is a member of the UPR Board of Directors and Executive Committee and co-chairs the association's RPAC Committee. She has also been actively involved in educating the public about the Marquette County Land Bank Authority and in promoting the value and professionalism of REALTORS® throughout the Upper Peninsula.
An associate broker with RE/MAX 1st Realty in Marquette, Couvillion has served buyers and sellers across the Upper Peninsula for nearly a decade. Her approach to leadership centers on showing up, listening, working collaboratively and encouraging others to become involved in the REALTOR® organization.
Couvillion is also a candidate for Michigan REALTORS® District 1 director, a position representing REALTORS® throughout Northern Michigan at the state level.
Upper Peninsula REALTORS® noted that Couvillion's professionalism, service, and commitment to the association and her community made her a standout choice for the honor.
Couvillion will be recognized at the Upper Peninsula REALTORS® Continuing Education event in Marquette on Oct. 15 and at the Michigan REALTORS® Convention in Acme, Michigan, Sept. 30-Oct. 2.
