Women’s Federated Clubhouse lists events

MARQUETTE -- The Women's Federated Clubhouse, located at 104 W. Ridge St., Marquette, will present several events to help mark the facility’s 100th anniversary.

At 7 p.m. July 31, a program on the silent film era in Marquette with Jack Deo and Bob Buchkoe will take place.

At noon Aug. 1, a high tea with hors d'oeuvres is planned, honoring Art on the Rocks founder and facility member Anita Meyland.

At 5:30 p.m. Aug. 1, celebration party is on tap, with a silent auction, hors d'oeuvres, refreshments, diamonds and pearls art and antiques!
