MARQUETTE - John Lehtinen is here at the Olympics. But he's praying that nobody sees him. He is the head physician for the United States Olympic Team. Back home in Marquette, Lehtinen has a family practice where he oversees a staff that includes 10 physicians and 32 trainers. Lehtinen is not an Olympic rookie, having been a part of the medical staff of the 1992 Games in Barcelona.

MARQUETTE - Marquette's workable program for federally supported community improvement projects has been recertified for another year. George R. Howell, the city's urban renewal director, said the city received recertification this month.
