MARQUETTE -- The public is invited to join professional fisherman Mike DelVisco at the Texas Roadhouse in Marquette as he shares fishing tips, answers questions, takes selfies and signs autographs.
Guests can register to win a fishing prize package which includes a selection of lures from Rapala, VMC and Sufix fishing line, Puggs sunglasses, and some brand new baits from Crush City plus other items valued at more than $200.
He will be in Marquette from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, July 23. The Texas Roadhouse is located at 3440 US 41 West, Marquette.
He is also appearing at two downstate locations.
With more than 40 years of bass fishing experience, DelVisco is a full-time time professional angler. He has competed on Bassmaster, FLW and Major League Fishing Big 5 Series and for 2025 is competing on the ABA Top 15 Pro Series and the ABA Pro League.
In 2024, DelVisco qualified for both the ABA Top150 and Pro League national championships. He is a multiple league National Championship qualifier, multiple time Regional Championship qualifier and winner at the FLW BFL Super Tournament on Old Hickory Lake and just won the ABA Pro League event on Lake Martin.
In addition to competing, he is a former Bassmaster University instructor and continues to teach seminars at sport shows nationwide. DelVisco writes for numerous online and print publications and hosts several online broadcasts, including The Outdoor Showcase, on Amazon and Roku.
