HARVEY — Cub Scout packs, Boy Scout troops and the Venture Crew in Marquette and Alger counties invite families with girls or boys aged 5 or older to “Spring into Scouting” on from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at Lakenenland Sculpture Park east of Marquette on M-28.

Families can enjoy fishing, observing nature in the bog, crossing a monkey bridge, fire starting, Angry Bird games, miniature boat races, making a craft and seeing the amazing sculptures. This will provide a taste of the fun and adventure of scouting.
