Keweenaw Trail Work expands Copper Harbor’s outdoor appeal

COPPER HARBOR — The Copper Harbor Trails Club continues to grow one of the Upper Peninsula’s standout outdoor recreation assets, with roughly 70 miles of trails that attract riders globally.

Recent work at East Bluff Bike Park has added more curated experiences for beginner, intermediate, and expert riders, while additional trail construction is underway. The trail system in Copper Harbor and the Keweenaw serves as both a community amenity and a tourism draw that supports the region’s outdoor economy.

The club is also looking ahead to broader year-round recreation opportunities, including cross-country skiing and fat tire biking.

Starting at $4.00/week.
