Italian cooking made easy
MARQUETTE — From 11-1:30 p.m. Friday, July 10 at the Marquette Food Co-op, join the Northern Center for Lifelong Learning for Italian Cooking Made Fresh and Easy.
Culinary instructor Amanda Latvala will guide participants through a multi-course Mediterranean menu, from savory chicken scaloppini and creamy risotto to a classic Italian almond cake. Participants will learn approachable techniques to bring these authentic flavors right into your own home.
