GWINN — To improve television reception signals in areas where they have not been up to expectations, additional equipment will be installed during the next four weeks, Supervisor Jack Nease, chairman of the Forsyth Township translator TV committee, announced today. Nease disclosed that the first step will be installation of “splitters” designed to eliminate evidence of “snow” which some households have experienced. In addition, it is planned to install other equipment at the tower site to provide a signal that is consistently sharp at all times. The committee chairman also revealed that some township residents who subscribed on a pledge basis to the translator system have failed to meet their pledges. Nease has requests residents who are behind schedule to pay their pledges as quickly as possible at the Gwinn State Bank.

Starting at $3.23/week.
