Marquette Winter Parking Ban extended to April 15
MARQUETTE — The winter parking ban, which is normally lifted on April 1, has been extended to April 15 due to the record amount of snowfall this winter. The extended ban will allow the city’s department of public works to continue clearing snowbanks and cleaning up the streets.
Parking ban hours are effective from 1-6 a.m. every night. City crews will continue working on roads and sidewalks. Please note that existing parking restrictions related to waste pickup will remain in effect.
