Wattsson & Wattsson Jewelers marking 40th anniversary
MARQUETTE — Wattsson & Wattsson Jewelers is inviting the community to celebrate with prizes, snacks, and specials at its 40th Anniversary Open House, taking place from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, March 21.
Located in the heart of Downtown Marquette, the store is known for custom-made jewelry and in-house repairs done by owner Chris Wattsson. This year also marks 25 years that Wattsson has been a bench jeweler at Wattsson & Wattsson. He says the 40th anniversary open house was designed to show appreciation for the community, who have trusted the store and its staff for generations.
“The support from the community over the last 40 years has been incredible” Wattsson said. “I’m incredibly grateful for the trust over the last four decades. It’s truly a dream come true to be able to own a business and share my talents in the town that I was born and raised in. I can’t wait to see what the next 40 years will bring.”
Attendees can enjoy prize drawings, in-store specials, and complimentary snacks from other local businesses during the five-hour open-house. All are welcome free of charge. Public Relations Manager Autumn Brutyn expressed her eagerness for the event.
“Our staff genuinely love working with our customers, getting to know them, and becoming part of beautiful moments in their lives,” Brutyn said. “I know we’re all excited to see some friendly faces.”
