North Words and Music on tap
MARQUETTE — North Words and Music is coming up at 6:30 p.m. March 5 Peter White Public Library’s Community Room.
Program participants will include story teller and author of the upcoming “North Words: A Year in Poetry”, B.G. Bradley; two time Upper Peninsula poet laureate and author of the recent release, “A Bigfoot Beastiary and Other Wonders”, Marty Achatz; actress Jacque Love; and house band, Big Lake Acoustic, featuring singers/songwriters Linda Smith and Seamus Collins.
Jim Edwards of the Marquette Children’s Museum and Nicole Walton of Public Radio 90 News will also appear.
