MARQUETTE — The Marquette Downtown Development Authority reminds all residents and visitors that the citywide winter parking ban remains in effect through the month of March. Overnight parking on city streets is prohibited during this time to allow for snow removal and safe roadway maintenance.

The winter parking ban will officially end on April 1, when overnight street parking will once again be permitted. Please note that existing parking restrictions related to waste pickup will still remain in effect.

Residents are also encouraged to stay mindful that plows may continue working into April to keep streets clear as needed.
