Fire causes second death

MARINETTE, Wis. — The Marinette County Medical Examiner’s Office notified the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office that a second person, Aurora R. Newling, age 2, died on Friday, due to injuries sustained in the residential structure fire at W9039 Holmes Junction Road in the Town of Pembine in Marinette County on March 17.

The authorities have said the fire continues to be investigated.
