MARQUETTE — At 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, a workshop will be held at MooseWood in Marquette for glass, beads and charms work. The first session is for youth 10 and up while the second session, at 1:30 p.m., is for adults.

Cindy Silva of Great Lakes Gems will teach how to bend and work with wire while making your very own hand-made piece of jewelry you can be proud of. All tools and materials will be provided for this workshop. Choose from an assortment of beads, crystals, cultured sea glass, gem stones and charms to make your work of art. Youth participants can create a necklace or backpack charm. Adults can create a necklace or earrings.
