MARQUETTE – The Keweenaw Bay Indian Community will provide the financially strapped Marquette County Road Commission with a much needed financial boost. The gaming compact that all tribes signed with the state of Michigan in 1993, will allow for this. KBIC will give the road commission $50,000 to help offset the cost.
