MARQUETTE — Operation Action U.P. will bring its members and business leaders together on Feb. 12 at Northern Michigan University’s Northern Center Ballrooms to recap 2025 wins and set the vision for the year ahead.

The agenda features an Excellence Awards spotlight on four standout Upper Peninsula businesses, plus keynote sessions from InitiativeOne Leadership Institute’s CEO, Tracy Johnson, on leadership and conflict, and InvestUP’s CEO, Marty Fittante, with “Time to Step UP.”

The morning includes networking and a working annual report and board election, followed by lunch and additional award presentations.
