Crowley a great choice for district judge
To the Journal editor:
Our next district court judge should have an established history of handling criminal cases. This position requires not only knowledge but experience. Before his election, retiring Judge Roger Kangas had years of experience in criminal law, and his experience showed on the bench.
Patrick Crowley is the chief public defender for Marquette County. His office handles nearly all the felony and misdemeanor cases filed each year. Mr. Crowley has practical administrative experience in supervising an office of several attorneys and assistants, something our court needs as a practical manner.
Making good decisions is something voters should aspire to. Patrick Crowley is a good decision for our next Marquette County District Court judge.
