Photo display selected
Tony Pelletier
MARQUETTE — Second Story Studio has chosen the work of Tony Pelletier of Vision & Tone as its selected photography display for February. A reception will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 20. Refreshments will be available. Flyers to promote will be posted across local businesses, along with social media marketing.
Business hours for the gallery, which is located at 118 W. Washington St., in Marquette, are from 2-6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. Pelletier’s photography will be available at the studio during the reception and during normal business hours.
A local U.P. native, Pelletier discovered his love for photography in 2023. What started as a hobby has grown into a passion. In a few short years, he has worked hard to learn new skills, create relationships with other local photographers, and never limit himself to any one genre.
“Being part of a supportive community that encourages creativity has been so valuable,” Pelletier said in a news release. “This first gallery show is an opportunity that I am grateful for. It would not be possible without the support of family, friends and the local artistic community — especially Taryn and Kurt at Second Story Studio.”
