MARQUETTE – The Marquette District of St. Vincent de Paul has hired Jody Mousseau as the new district manager.

This new position encompasses the district operations in Marquette, Gwinn, Trenary and Munising. The district manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing operations, including staff management, financial management and community relations.

With her extensive retail background and 20 years of experience in management positions, Mousseau is confident in her ability to lead the district to success. Mousseau is excited to explore her value to the organization and deliver on whatever SVdP and the community needs.

“It was a calling. I was pulled towards the position,” Mousseau says about her reason for applying. “When I look at life and what we can do for other people, it’s an opportunity to provide my skillset to my community. I want to take the strategic mission this place has created and continue building it up.”
