MARQUETTE — A candlelight vigil for the disappeared and the unlawfully detained is planned from 7-9 p.m. Saturday on the Marquette County Courthouse steps. The courthouse is located at 234 W. Baraga Ave., Marquette.

The Lake Superior Region Indivisible is hosting this event. Music, speakers and meditation will illuminate the mid-winter darkness. Candles will be provided, but attendees are welcome to bring your own. Please gather on the courthouse steps facing Third Street.
