4th Biennial Lake Superior Fiber Festival Saturday
MARQUETTE– The Marquette Regional History Center will be hosting its biennial Lake Superior Fiber Festival from 9:30 a.m. through 4 p.m. Saturday.
Enjoy colorful displays of quilts, knits and other fiber arts. Watch several creative and educational demonstrations. Win door prizes such as books, patterns, yarn and more. Take home free hands-on arts and crafts activities. Plus, watch or submit personal creations to the 12:30 p.m. Fashion Show. Flaunt socks, sweaters, scarves and any other fiber art garments and accessories. Children are welcome to participate.
Lake Superior Fiber Festival is an open-house event. Come anytime and stay as long as desired. Great for all ages including families, clubs and individuals.
