MARQUETTE — It’s time again for North Words and Music. Yes, more good, folksy words and music is coming once again to the Peter White Public Library at 6:30 p.m. July 24 for our Oldies show.

We’ll play old hits, read some new poems, tell some tales and crack a few jokes once again with the story teller, B.G. Bradley, two time U.P. poet laureate and author of the recent release, “A Bigfoot Beastiary and Other Wonders”, Marty Achatz, our favorite actress Jacque Love.

Included, too, will be the house band, Big Lake Acoustic featuring singers/songwriters extraordinaires Linda Smith and Seamus Collins, along with guest Mr. Jim himself, Jim Edwards of the Upper Peninsula Children’s Museum.
