MARQUETTE – The United Way of Marquette County is teaming up with Texas Roadhouse for a special “Dine to Donate” event on Friday, June 27. Guests are invited to enjoy a delicious meal all day long while supporting a great cause.

As part of this exciting event, participants will receive a free pair of Bombas socks, generously provided to raise awareness for community needs and support local families.

A portion of the day’s proceeds will benefit United Way of Marquette County and its mission to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of the community to advance the common good. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch or dinner, your meal can make a meaningful difference.

Funds raised through this event will help support programs that:

• Provided over 493,000 meals through Mobile Food Pantries to fight food insecurity.

• Delivered 63,144 meals to seniors through home-delivered meal programs.

• Enabled over 12,000 volunteer hours to support local initiatives.

• Helped 256 individuals and families with emergency shelter and over 30,000 meals.

• Supported over 100 tax returns through the new VITA program, returning $150,000+ to local residents.

• Supplied 10,000 pairs of Bombas socks to those in need.

• Assisted survivors of domestic and sexual violence, grieving children, and youth in mentoring and summer

programs. •
