Second measles case reported in Upper Peninsula
ONTONAGON — A second measles case has been reported in the Upper Peninsula.
According to officials with the Western Upper Peninsula Health Department, the case is located in the village of Ontonagon but the patient is from Marquette County, where the first case was reported earlier this week.
Although the investigation continues, little information has been released as of late Friday afternoon. The Mining Journal will continue to monitor this developing situation and report updates.
